Current production time is 3-4 weeks before shipping.  (DOES NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS or HOLIDAYS)

PAYMENT POLICY:

We accept payments using any major credit card, PayPal or Sezzle.

Order Cancellation:
There are NO cancellations on custom orders. Orders may not be canceled if item has already had a shipping label created. 

Taxes:
I charge TX 8.5% tax for all sales in TX.
Other states taxes are the buyers responsibility.

SHIPPING POLICY:

Due to the large amount of orders I receive each day, my production time is 3-4 weeks for items to ship out. **THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS ** We reserve our weekends to spend time with our family. 

Please verify your shipping address BEFORE submitting your order.

I ship via US Postal Service First Class Or US Postal Service priority shipping for domestic shipping. Items are shipped in a polymailer or a box for items that can lose its shape from shipping. All orders will have a tracking number included. You have the option to upgrade your shipping at checkout.

REFUND POLICY:

We WILL NOT accept any exchanges or returns based upon color or material discrepancies. 

There will be NO refund given because of cancelled events.

We DO NOT process REFUNDS.

NO REFUNDS are issued on lost, or not received packages because of incomplete address or the conduct of the carrier involved in delivery of the packages.

We gladly accept returns due to a manufacturer defect within 7 days of receiving your order with tags attached. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Custom orders take longer to make and ship, please make sure you mention the date of the event when you contact the shop.

Please give yourself enough time for your items to arrive on time for your event.
